Downsize Coordination

If you feel you need help deciding what to take with you and coordinate donating, selling, and transferring items to family members, I am here to help. This is probably the hardest step for most. Packing and Moving Coordination

Once you decide what to take with you, I will help coordinate packing materials, packers, and movers. I will make sure everything goes as planned and everything is put where you want it.
I assist with coordinating unpacking services as well and ensure your television, internet, and computer are set up properly. We will make sure everything goes in place, so you just have to show up.
Selling the home
Marketing your home with professional photography, videography, and collateral material is so important. I work with top professionals to ensure your home stands out on the MLS with high-quality photography for marketing. Together, we work on a pricing strategy and marketing plan to get your home sold at the best price.

Preparing the home
for sale

What you do to prepare your home for sale is the most critical first step to getting your home sold for the most profit. We will go over what needs to be done, and coordinate the cleaners, painters, landscapers, repairs, stagers, and whatever else is determined necessary to sell your home.
Finalizing the sale of your home.
After successfully finding a buyer for your home, there are several tasks and processes that need to be completed in order to finalize the sale. As your Realtor, I will take care of managing inspections, negotiating requests for repairs, completing all necessary disclosures, coordinating title and escrow, and ensuring that all timelines and expiration dates are met. You can relax knowing that I will handle all the details of the sale, leaving you free to focus on other aspects of your life.

What if I do not have the money to complete some of the repairs needed to sell my home?In most cases, the cost to prepare the home for sale can be billed through escrow and re-paid after the home has sold. This will be determined during the initial consultation and based on individual needs.

What is the process and what is the cost?First we need to schedule an initial complimentary consultation. We will work together to develop a customized transition plan tailored to your needs. The cost will be based on your specific requirements, and the service fee will be deducted from the proceeds of the home. This fee will be established when the listing agreement is signed at the beginning of our service.
